Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to management.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
The Unit Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a team of food service staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
