We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at Christopher Timothy Skinner. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a home-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Assume full responsibility for household care and supervision of children in the absence of parents
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children
- Establish and maintain a daily routine that promotes physical, emotional, and social development
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children, including discipline and conflict resolution
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, meals, and health information
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Emergency child care first aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
- Flexibility, reliability, patience, and honesty
- Experience working with children an asset
