We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at Christopher Timothy Skinner. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities- Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Travel with families on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
- Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Prepare infants and children for rest periods
- Supervise and care for children
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children
- Assist children with homework
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
- Valid driver's licence
- Emergency child care first aid and CPR certification
