Job Title: Child Care Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at Christopher Timothy Skinner. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household care and supervision of children in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children
  • Establish and maintain a daily routine that promotes physical, emotional, and social development
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children, including discipline and conflict resolution
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities, meals, and health information
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless care and communication
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Emergency child care first aid and CPR certification
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
  • Flexibility, reliability, patience, and honesty
  • Experience working with children an asset
