Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role
- Location: Rural area
- Type of Business: Rental agency, Retail business, Car wash
- Delegate tasks to sales personnel and ensure duties are performed efficiently.
- Authorize payments and manage merchandise returns.
- Develop and implement work schedules for staff.
- Engage in sales activities and promote merchandise.
- Compile reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
- Maintain organized inventory and oversee daily operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 3-4 individuals, including retail salespersons and sales clerks.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work under pressure.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, organized, and a team player.
- Effective oral communication skills and flexibility.
Public transportation is accessible for commuting to the workplace.
