Rental Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Operations Manager to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental business, ensuring seamless execution of our strategies and goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our rental team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze and evaluate the performance of our rental operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to optimize our rental operations, ensuring that we are meeting our business objectives.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage our rental team, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure that our business runs smoothly.
- Determine Merchandise and Services to be Sold: Work with our sales and marketing team to determine the types of merchandise and services that we will offer to our customers.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credits policies to ensure that our business is competitive and profitable.
- Locate, Select and Procure Merchandise for Resale: Source and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that we have a diverse range of products to offer our customers.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Work with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our rental business.
- Resolve Issues that May Arise: Address any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with our rental team to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment, urban area, automobile dealership.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Database software, electronic mail, spreadsheet.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence, drive manual transmission vehicle.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, sitting, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
