About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A.L.T. Holdings Ltd. As a Rental Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental services, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to our sales team to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments made by customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage Inventory: Organize and maintain our inventory of rental equipment, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurately reflected in our systems.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and direct the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze data to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve our services.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Rural area, Retail business
  • Supervision: 3-4 people, Elemental sales occupations, Retail salespersons and sales clerks
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Handling heavy loads, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Team player
