Rental Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Operations Manager to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental business, ensuring seamless execution of our strategies and goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our rental team, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks and projects.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Conduct regular assessments of our rental operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize performance.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and mentor our rental team, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure effective use of resources.
- Determine Merchandise and Services to be Sold: Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to identify and develop new products and services to meet customer demands.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing strategies and credit policies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise for Resale: Source and procure high-quality merchandise for resale, ensuring timely delivery and optimal pricing.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Resolve Issues that May Arise: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may impact our rental operations.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate the performance of our rental team, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment, urban area, automobile dealership.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Database software, electronic mail, spreadsheet.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license, ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, sitting, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
