Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Culinary Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the quantity and costs of food supplies and ingredients.
  • Introduce innovative cooking methods and equipment to kitchen staff.
  • Manage the activities of specialized chefs, cooks, and kitchen personnel.
  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals for regular service and special events.
  • Design menus that meet quality expectations and dietary needs.
  • Provide training to staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety practices.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations and efficient workflow.
Supervisory Role

Supervision: Responsible for a team of 3-4 kitchen staff.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a culinary role.

Certifications: Valid Food Safety Certificate required.
