Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at TANDOORI FLAME INDIAN CUISINE LTD. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets to ensure a high level of presentation and service.
- Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Security and Safety: Bondable, work term: permanent, work language: English, hours: 35 hours per week.
