Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Assist clients with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of spa staff, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Facial Services: Provide facials and other spa treatments, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials and supplies, and establish work schedules and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a spa or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
