Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quarry operations plans to meet production targets and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure the smooth operation of the quarry and limestone production.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Collaborate with the quarry management team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of quarry operations, including production data, safety incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
- Conduct regular reviews of quarry operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, geology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the aggregate industry, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of quarry operations, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
