Job Title: Liquor Store Supervisor

BC Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a high level of product knowledge.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize payments, resolve customer complaints, and handle returns and exchanges.
  • Establish and maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
