Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, as well as overseeing the kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu items
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
