About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Stagwood Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of our construction team, including carpenters, laborers, and other tradespeople.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, and that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that the work meets our quality standards.
  • Resource Management: Manage the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any problems that arise during the construction process.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work Setting: Renovation, Residential
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
