About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Stagwood Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work environment is safe and healthy for all employees.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare production and other reports, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting: Renovation and residential construction projects
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
