Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Helper to join our team at Soni & Sons Construction. As a Construction Helper, you will assist in various tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Repetitive tasks and ability to work in a team
  • Dependability and reliability
  • Hardworking and team-oriented individual
Work Environment

As a Construction Helper, you will work outdoors in a noisy and dusty environment. You will be required to work in an urban area and on construction sites.
