About the Opportunity
- Manage telephone inquiries, greet and direct visitors;
- Provide routine information and respond to inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff;
- Conduct active screening of employees and visitors;
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers;
- Prepare and distribute forms, reports, and other documents to appropriate personnel and departments;
- Perform a variety of assignments, some of which may be confidential;
- Receive, process, and record client payments;
- Ensure client safety by adhering to all standard operational procedures and safe work practices.
About You
In addition to valuing continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability, you bring:
- High School / GED completion.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience, especially with seniors.
- A friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Familiarity with the local area.
- Experience with cash handling.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is considered an asset.
- Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts. This position is ideal for a retired individual.
- A passion for the healthcare sector and ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services, and care.
