We are seeking a skilled Beverage Service Coordinator to join our team at La Rozzi Bistro and Filipino Grocery Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Present menus and make recommendations to customers
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Assist with special requests and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
