Job Summary:The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our organization, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and driving business results through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
