About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at INTELBROS INC. as a key member of our marketing and business development department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance on marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Administer programs to promote economic growth and development, including conducting surveys and analyzing data on consumer buying habits and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials, including reports, research papers, and educational texts.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide ongoing support and consulting services on marketing and business development strategies.
  • Design and conduct market research studies, including quantitative and qualitative research projects.
  • Develop and implement business plans, including feasibility studies and funding applications.
  • Ensure compliance with business and commercial licenses, and maintain a digital database of potential franchisees and real estate locations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing and business development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and conduct market research studies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
