Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn Edmundston. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
    • Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency
    • Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Customer Service
    • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
    • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity
    • Perform preventive maintenance and arrange repair work as needed
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports to management
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
    • Skills and Qualifications
      • Valid driver's license
      • Attention to detail
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
