About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Yellowknife Restaurant Limited Partnership. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Point of Sale System: Operate a point of sale system to process transactions and manage cash and credit sales.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and meet customer needs.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, up to 9 kg (20 lbs) weight handling.
  • Language: English.
