Customer Service Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator at Cogir Immobilier. As a key member of our building operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate arrivals and departures of tenants, ensuring a smooth transition process
  • Manage key handovers and access chip distribution for new residents
  • Conduct thorough housing inspections upon tenant departure
  • Coordinate lease assignments and internal transfers, maintaining accurate records
  • Monitor rent collection and respond to resident inquiries regarding pricing and lease terms
  • Develop and implement business development strategies with management approval
  • Prepare and distribute rental activity reports, as well as process renewal requests
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital files, utilizing the Hopem management system
  • Manage tenant meeting schedules and elevator reservations
  • Update administrative forms and documents, ensuring compliance
  • Interact with clients, suppliers, and residents, providing exceptional customer service
  • Transcribe correspondence and produce required reports
  • Support the general manager in their duties, contributing to the overall success of the team
Requirements:
  • Minimum experience in a coordinator position within the real estate field
  • Strong knowledge of the Hopem management system, an asset
  • Bilingualism is an asset, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude
