About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for processing orders, collaborating with decorators and suppliers, and providing exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders for custom blinds and curtains with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain effective communication channels with decorators and suppliers
  • Proactively anticipate and address potential challenges and issues related to orders or after-sales service
  • Provide prompt, courteous responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and workload management
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in alignment with departmental objectives


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably with customer service experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • A collaborative team player mindset, willing to offer and seek support as needed
