**Job Summary**

The Client Account Administrator will provide essential administrative support to our team of Client Account Managers, helping to optimize client accounts and ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM database.
  • Track aircraft subscription and agreement expiries, working closely with Client Account Managers to ensure timely renewals.
  • Assist with financial planning, including population of annual operating budgets and review of subscription costs.
  • Administer standard company agreements, ensuring timely renewals and follow-through with Client Account Managers.

**Requirements**

  • Certificate in administration or related field.
  • Relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and professional.
  • Independent yet a team player.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a focus on quality and detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
