About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead business leadership on a large-scale, priority business through multi-year strategic planning and in-year execution of best-in-class marketing programs. You'll be responsible for delivering Annual Operating Plan (Business Management) targets, managing in-year executions, and owning monthly Integrated Business Planning volume recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans, including creative presentations, asset production, and feedback management.
  • Lead new product launches from ideation to concept creation, development, and execution.
  • Develop strategic plans, including brand and business objectives, priorities, and tactics to deliver growth.
  • Manage and develop talent through direct report feedback, coaching, and capability building.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience with consumer-packaged goods or similar industries.
  • Exceptional leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from multiple data sources.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Nielsen and customer Point of Sale (POS) data.
