Marketing Director Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our brand marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that increase brand awareness, reach, and new household conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of brand managers, social, and graphic designers to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with our brand strategy.
  • Partner with Digital, Sales, and GTM Strategy teams to drive shared business results and advance our brand platforms.
  • Develop and deploy marketing budget to drive brand awareness and new household conversion, analyzing marketing programs and adapting to business trends.
  • Champion the annual brand planning process and innovation pipelines to evolve and challenge the pet category.
  • Bring our brands vividly to life across packaging, website, trade show design, advertising, and new product launch marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA an asset.
  • Excellent communication & brand storytelling skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe suite an asset.
  • Progressive brand marketing experience; social, digital marketing, PR, experiential an asset.
  • Pet industry an asset.
