Your Responsibilities:

As the Regional Director, you will report to the Senior Director of Operations and will be responsible for managing a team of 2 Account Managers while overseeing a portfolio of 30 locations across the Central Okanagan and Northern BC. Your role will involve travel for quarterly site visits and monthly overnight trips, with the flexibility to work from home when not traveling.

  • Oversee all operational activities in your region, ensuring deadlines are met and implementing effective maintenance and cleaning strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with your team to uphold company policies and performance metrics while addressing any issues that arise.
  • Foster strong client relationships through prompt responses to inquiries and regular check-ins.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new accounts and ensure compliance with existing contract terms.
  • Expect to travel approximately 60% within the region and up to 10% to a broader area.

Qualifications:

  • A reliable vehicle is essential due to the travel requirements of the position.
  • A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, particularly with mid-senior level direct reports, is required.
  • Experience in business finance, including budgeting and forecasting, along with the ability to inspire and engage a team.
  • A post-secondary degree in business or project management is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the cleaning industry is advantageous.

Interview Process:

  • Initial 20-minute phone interview with our Recruiter.
  • Follow-up assessment lasting 40 minutes to an hour, focusing on soft skills and personality.
  • Final 30-minute video interview via MS Teams with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor.
