Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the building, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the building is maintained in a clean and safe condition, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the building's budget, ensuring that expenses are within approved limits.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and security, to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements
