Job Title: Concierge and Office Building Maintenance

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Concierge and Office Building Maintenance professional to join our team at Lion's Gate Building Maintenance Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office building, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, as well as empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Facilities Management: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, perform safety and security checks, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Area of Work Experience: Cleaning, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
