Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Lion's Gate Building Maintenance Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including inventory and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Work Environment:

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The role requires the ability to work in a team environment and to communicate effectively with colleagues and contractors.

Language:

English.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week.
