About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at Hamoon Construction Inc. as a key member of our facilities maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances and ensure that systems and equipment are operating efficiently.
  • Conduct safety and security checks, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Physical demands include handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
