Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Road Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ferrovial. As a key member of our infrastructure management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our road assets to ensure they remain safe and functional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on roads, including pothole repair, striping, and sign maintenance.
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as trucks and excavators, to perform maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct inspections of road assets to identify areas that require maintenance or repair.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in infrastructure maintenance and repair preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Class DZ/AZ driver's license and OTM Book 7 highly desirable.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to traffic and outdoor weather conditions. The ability to work at heights and in confined spaces is also required.
