Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Professional to join our team at CBS Foods Ltd. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, present bills to customers, and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, describe menu items, and make recommendations to customers.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and schedule staff as needed.
  • Communication: Take orders, relay to kitchen and bar staff, and provide customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
