About the Role

CBS FOODS LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team as a Kitchen Operations Manager. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support staff, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
