Job Summary

Fendi Italia Srl is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership and Development
  • Empower and support team members to achieve their individual and store objectives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Assume store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Supervise store personnel and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Client and Business Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
Visual Merchandising and Inventory Management
  • Work with the Visual Merchandising Ambassador to ensure visual displays are consistent with company standards.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and control procedures are in place.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify opportunities for improvement.
Retail Performance and Operations
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and processing procedures are in place.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in retail, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong drive for results and goal-oriented approach.
  • Proactive interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lift boxes/weight up to 10lbs.
  • Organizational and digital literacy skills.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
