Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Evaluate and optimize daily store operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and create schedules to meet the needs of our customers and the store.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supermarket environment.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work, as well as the advertised start date.
  • Legality: Currently legally able to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a retail or supermarket environment.
  • Certifications: Above-indicated required certifications.
