Position Overview
The Corporate Sales Representative will collaborate closely with the Commercial Sales Manager, focusing on generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with our current clientele. This role is essential to our strategy for expanding our commercial customer base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in your assigned territory by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Manage the complete sales process for local businesses, including initial outreach, follow-ups, accounts receivable support, and estimate management.
- Identify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and responding to inbound inquiries.
- Assess and understand the needs of commercial clients to provide tailored solutions.
- Enhance franchise profitability by cultivating high-value customer partnerships.
- Collaborate with the National Accounts and Strategic Alliances team to develop major accounts and boost commercial sales.
- Utilize our CRM system effectively to monitor and report on sales activities.
- Stay informed about competitors and the local market landscape.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- Proven ability to grow sales within existing accounts.
- Skilled in presenting and demonstrating value-driven solutions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive, hardworking, and competitive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in G Suite and Salesforce.
