Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join a pioneering firm specializing in advanced machine vision solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct marketing strategies to elevate brand recognition and align with the company's objectives
  • Oversee the Marketing team, providing mentorship and support
  • Partner with the creative team to produce compelling marketing collateral
  • Formulate and implement advertising plans
  • Engage with cross-departmental teams to amplify marketing efforts
  • Analyze market dynamics and pinpoint growth opportunities
  • Establish brand standards and maintain uniform branding
  • Identify and engage in relevant industry events and trade shows
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business or marketing, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing
  • Background in a technology or B2B sector
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms

Desired Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Wordpress and web design fundamentals
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of imaging and lighting technologies
