About the Role

The Director of Engineering will oversee multiple engineering teams and disciplines, including electronics, mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing. You will foster a collaborative environment that encourages engineers to perform at their best and grow both as individuals and as a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advance the highest caliber engineering teams
  • Coordinate our Product Roadmap with product managers
  • Facilitate the full product development cycle from concept to launch

Qualifications

  • Recognized MBA with a B.Eng. or BSE in relevant engineering
  • 7+ years building and managing high-performing engineering teams
  • 10 years or more of suitable work experience
  • Exposure to product development for discrete manufacturing
  • Organizational skills
