Six S Partners Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting Project Managers with change management activities, meetings, and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:


- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to ensure successful implementation of ERP software.

- Utilize the Frank change management tools to create a strategy to support adoption of changes required by a project or initiative.

- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications using the Frank templates.

- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to ensure effective change management.

- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs to ensure user readiness.

- Complete change management assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation strategies to minimize resistance to change.

- Consult and coach client project teams to ensure successful change management.

- Support Change Leads and Change Sponsors to ensure effective change management.

- Integrate change management activities into project plans to ensure seamless implementation.

- Evaluate and ensure user readiness to ensure successful adoption of changes.

- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress to ensure effective change management.

- Support change management at the organizational level to ensure successful implementation of ERP software.


Requirements:


- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process (ie. ADKAR, PCT).

- Strong communication skills (both oral and written), team player, ability to work independently, good organizational skills, and attention to detail.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interface with a variety of stakeholders both inside and outside the company.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, especially in situations with competing requirements.

- Professional integrity, reliability, and discretion.

- Understands and applies the Trusted Advisor mindset in the execution of responsibilities.

- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
