School Social Worker/SEL Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a School Social Worker/SEL Specialist. This role is responsible for providing social emotional learning support to students, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to students and families.
- Develop and implement social emotional learning programs to support student well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to provide comprehensive support to students.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to students and families.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and resources to support student and family needs.
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Youth Care, Psychology, or related field.
- Valid license to practice Social Work in BC (preferred).
- Experience working with students, families, and staff in a school setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Competitive salary range: $66,932.00 - $83,666.00.
