About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and the interprofessional team to provide direct psychosocial care, counseling, and group work, as well as system navigation and advocacy. You will also be responsible for educating patients and families about relevant health resources and services.

Requirements

Additionally, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
