Ce poste est une opportunité unique pour rejoindre l'équipe de Loblaw Companies Limited, une entreprise leader dans le domaine du commerce de détail au Canada. En tant que Responsable de la Protection des Actifs de District, vous serez chargé de former et de sensibiliser les collègues sur les sources de pertes en magasin, en plus de faire la promotion du rôle de la prévention au sein de l'entreprise.
Responsabilités- Réduction des pertes : soutenir diverses initiatives opérationnelles relatives aux pertes. Cela exige l'analyse des rapports financiers clés, pour s'assurer que les stratégies de prévention des pertes obtiennent les résultats escomptés;
- Objectivité : lorsqu'il travaille en étroite collaboration avec le directeur de district, il est primordial que le responsable de la protection des actifs conserve une objectivité et transmette les problèmes à l'échelon supérieur lorsque c'est nécessaire;
- Rapport de responsabilité de Loblaw : en partenariat avec le directeur de district, il doit effectuer une vérification objective dans chaque magasin de son district, puis faire le suivi des exceptions sur une base hebdomadaire;
- Enquêtes d'intégrité : mener des enquêtes ou des interrogatoires de façon professionnelle et dans les délais appropriés, en utilisant des techniques d'analyse du comportement, auprès de tous les collègues soupçonnés de prendre part à des activités illégales comme le vol ou la fraude, ou d'en être le témoin;
- S'assurer que les collègues de la prévention des pertes en magasin respectent le protocole d'appréhension, et passer en revue tous les rapports d'incidents et d'appréhensions pour vérifier leur conformité et repérer les occasions de coaching;
- S'assurer de la conformité aux politiques et aux procédures opérationnelles et de la Protection des Actifs en effectuant des visites en magasin documentées sur une base régulière;
- Gérer une équipe de représentants, Protection des Actifs en accordant une place importante à la formation du personnel et à la gestion de performance (coaching, évaluations, etc.);
- S'assurer que l'horaire des collègues de la protection des actifs répond aux besoins de chaque unité d'affaires. Identifier les problèmes de ressources de façon proactive et les résoudre de manière appropriée;
- Maintenir un partenariat de travail positif au sein de l'entreprise (avec tous les départements) ainsi qu'avec les forces de l'ordre locales, les organismes de réglementation, les fournisseurs et les autres détaillants;
- Évaluer les besoins en matière de sécurité physique et communiquer avec les équipes de soutien appropriées au besoin;
- Offrir un service exceptionnel à tous les clients (internes/externes);
- S'acquitter d'autres tâches au besoin et offrir un soutien aux autres équipes lorsque nécessaire.
- 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la prévention des pertes/protection des Actifs, sécurité, ou autre domaine lié à l'emploi;
- Diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans le domaine du droit et de la sécurité, ou expérience équivalente;
- Connaissance du Code criminel du Canada;
- Expérience de gestion d'une équipe et leadership démontrés;
- Excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et à créer des partenariats avec les principaux acteurs en magasin;
- Capacité de gérer les situations délicates avec intégrité, jugement et professionnalisme;
- Aptitudes à influencer et à bien présenter les initiatives visant la réduction des pertes;
- Excellente connaissance des politiques et des procédures de l'entreprise;
- Solides compétences informatiques pour Excel, Word et Outlook, entre autres;
- Être un enquêteur Wicklander certifié constitue un atout;
- Poste couvrant la grande région de Québec et les environs ; mobilité exigée.
