Custodial Services Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Services Worker to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our operations and locations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform light and heavy-duty cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as cleaning washrooms, conference rooms, and offices.
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor buffers and carpet shampooers, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Rotate weekend schedules and be available to work scheduled overtime, including driving a pickup truck as needed.
- Adhere to established safety procedures and protocols, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Ensure a clean and orderly environment, maintaining a safe and healthy working space for colleagues and guests.
- Accurately maintain and clean housekeeping equipment, reporting maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Secure the facility, ensuring building access and security as required.
- Previous custodial experience is an asset.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Must be physically fit, able to lift, bend, and push/pull heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
- Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
- Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients, and colleagues.
