Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Pet Valu. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and provide guidance on sales techniques and customer service standards.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare sales reports, analyzing sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Basic security clearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
