About the Role:

  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their sealing needs.
  • Application Engineering:
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Product Promotion:
  • Assist in the promotion and sales of our products, ensuring customers receive the best possible support and service.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely execution and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement improvements to our processes and products.

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar or related position involving seals or rotating equipment.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced education or training in mechanical seal technology.
  • Thorough understanding of mechanical sealing technologies and their associated equipment.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence.
