About the Role

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager, Commercial Banking to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Commercial Banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions and drive results.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in Commercial Banking, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
