Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Ensure Food Quality and Safety: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare Budget and Reports: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong focus on customer service and quality.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding work setting. You will be required to work in a hot kitchen environment and be exposed to odours.
